• Collaborate! is a fun app-powered challenge especially geared for larger-sized teams.
• Any size of group split into 2 or more teams with 6-12 people per team.
• Choose the game on which to collaborate – Shoot! or Outsmart.
• All the features of your chosen game are included.
• Choice of duration – 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 2 hours.
• Each team is equipped (and priced) to split into two sub-teams. Crucially however, each team must decide whether, when and how they should organise and adapt during the game based on the challenges presented – as splitting up may not actually be the best strategy!
• Use your own familiar phones – minimum of 1 smartphone per sub-team required.
• Extra mobile devices allowed at no extra charge – great for sharing and teamwork.
• Remotely facilitated event – managed from our offices with full support from a staff member throughout. Includes independent judging of teams’ answers and the award of penalties and bonuses.
• £649 for four sub-teams for 60 minutes. £150 per additional sub-team. £200 for each additional 30 minutes.
• Upgrade! Brand the app with your company logo and event name of your choice. Only £30.

Customer verdict:  Having fewer larger teams is a good choice for a social event or where the objective is for participants to network and get to know each other better.

Collaborate! therefore works especially well in customer-supplier situations and for teams that are distributed geographically and who do not have face-to-face contact on a daily basis.

Collaborative working, strong resource management and effective communication skills are required, on top of the problem-solving abilities that each underlying game demands.
